North Harbour Cycling Club

The North Harbour Cycling Club hold their Summer Criterium Series on the "Ring Road" at North Harbour Stadium.

The "Ring Road" is the road that encircles the Stadium's Outer Oval and Main Stadium, a distance of 1.1km. The Summer Series is normally held 10 weeks prior to Christmas and recommences from mid-January for another 10 weeks.

David Osten, Club President says, "The Ring Road is one of the safest road courses that we have access to for racing - it is fast, challenging and easy to conduct races on. Over the years we have had many National Champions ride the race series. The real joy we get from the use of the Ring Road is that we have been able to safely introduce many young riders to racing on a closed road."
