Hiring North Harbour Stadium for an event

North Harbour Stadium welcomes enquiries regarding hiring the venue for any event.

 

With 28 hectares of open space, 6 football fields, a 25,000 seat Stadium Arena, car parks, a private road and much, much more, North Harbour Stadium can cater for a diverse range of events. Examples of previous events include:

  • Rugby training, games and tournaments – Club, Secondary School, Provincial, Super 14 and Internationals
  • Football (Soccer) training, games and tournaments – Club, National and International, including FIFA age-group World Cups
  • Rugby League training, games and tournaments – Club, National and International

When you contact us with your enquiry about holding your event at North Harbour Stadium we will be interested in the following:

  • The name of your event (e.g. National Touch Rugby Tournament)
  • The type of event (e.g. Sporting, Concert, Festival, Community, etc.)
  • If Sporting, the type of sport? (e.g. Rugby, Football, Rugby League, etc.)
  • If Sporting, is it for training, a game, tournament, regular (i.e. weekly) competition?
  • If Sporting, is it a local, national or international fixture?
  • Your preferred dates, and how many hours per day
  • How many people you anticipate attending the event (event management staff, players/participants and spectators)
  • What facilities you want to hire
  • What additional equipment you require (i.e. goals/goal posts, flood lights, changing rooms, etc.)
  • What additional services you require (e.g. ticketing, security, catering, cleaning, etc.)
  • A summary of your previous events or event management experience
