Conditions of Entry to Stadium Events
North Harbour Stadium aims to provide a friendly and relaxed
atmosphere so that all patrons can enjoy the entertainment and
services at the Stadium.
For the comfort and safety of everyone attending events at North
Harbour Stadium, all patrons are required to abide by the following
conditions of entry.
All patrons are asked to treat the facility and other users of
the facility with absolute respect at all times. All persons are to
be adequately clothed and shall not use language or behave in a
manner likely to cause embarrassment to other persons.
Everyone entering the Stadium with a package or bag may be asked
to consent to an inspection. Inspections may also be carried out
during and after the event.
Patrons will be refused entry or may be removed from the Stadium
if they are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, have
prohibited items, throw a missile, are causing distress and
disruption to others, behave in a disorderly manner, refuse to
undergo a search, cause damage to Stadium property, or
enter/attempt to enter the field of play.
Rubbish bins are to be used for the disposal of waste at all
times. There is to be no unsolicited selling of merchandise,
advertising or promotional giveaways. Standing on seats, or
sitting/standing on fences and barriers is not permitted.
Patrons should be aware that sporting equipment such as
footballs may be kicked from the playing field into the seating
area during events. Patrons are advised this can occur at any
time.
Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all
times while in the venue.
Stadium Management, Customer Service and Security personnel are
onsite at every event. Please do not hesitate to speak to one of
these personnel if at any stage you have a concern regarding your
comfort or safety.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted into the Stadium and will
be confiscated and the person carrying these items may be refused
entry: Food, branded beverages (with the exception of sealed water
up to 800ml), alcohol; glassware, glass bottles or breakable
containers; canned drinks; unsealed bottles; flares and fireworks;
laser lights or mirrors; anything that can be used as a weapon
including potential missiles; metal containers including aerosols;
furniture, chairs or stools; pets or animals (with the exception of
Guide Dogs); car parts; skateboards, scooters, rollerblades or
bicycles; any item which, as deemed by the North Harbour Stadium
Trust, can cause public nuisance or offence to any other user of
the venue.
Smoking Policy
North Harbour Stadium has a smoke free policy in all internal
areas of the Grandstand. Smoking areas for the Grandstand are
available on the outside balconies behind the grandstand. Smoking
is also prohibited in all seated areas of the Grandstand and Open
Stand.
Food and Beverages
North Harbour Stadium provides food and beverage services to all
areas of the Stadium through our contracted caterer. Commercially
branded food and/or beverages are not allowed to be brought into
the Stadium.
Liquor License
The Stadium and immediate surrounds are licensed premises. It is
prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages into the Stadium. The
beverage outlets throughout the Stadium are licensed to serve
alcohol. The legal drinking age in New Zealand is 18 years; please
do not be offended if you are asked for identification. Accepted
forms of identification are a New Zealand or International
Passport, New Zealand Drivers Licence or HANZ 18+ Card. We will not
serve alcohol to underage or intoxicated persons. New Zealand law
prohibits the removal of alcohol from licensed premises. Please
ensure your drinks are finished before leaving the Stadium.
